Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

• Pudo : R60

• The Courier Guy : R100

• Free shipping is available for orders over R450 (South Africa only).

Rural Areas

• If you live in a very rural or out-of-service area, additional courier fees may apply.

• We will contact you before shipping if extra costs are required.

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery within South Africa usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

• If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

• At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

Important Notes

• Fidgy Widgy toys are shipped in protective packaging, but please handle them with care upon arrival.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
