Fidgy Widgy Returns & Refund Policy

We want every Fidgy Widgy to find the right home. If something goes wrong, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Returns are only eligible for store credit (no cash refunds).

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Shipping

  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or don’t like the colour, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please note: colours are sent as a surprise — we do not accept returns based on colour preference.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your Fidgy Widgy arrives damaged during shipping, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no cost.

  • Proof is required: please email us a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items damaged after use (for example, broken during play, dropped, handled roughly, or broken by children) are not eligible for replacement or return.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

  • Refunds and credits are processed within 5–10 business days once your return is received and inspected.


Important Note
Fidgy Widgy toys are designed as collectibles and fidget items, not heavy-duty children’s toys. Please handle with care — we cannot accept returns for items broken due to play, misuse, or rough handling.
