Fidgy Widgy Returns & Refund Policy
We want every Fidgy Widgy to find the right home. If something goes wrong, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Returns are only eligible for store credit (no cash refunds).

Gift cards are non-returnable.
Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or don’t like the colour, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note: colours are sent as a surprise — we do not accept returns based on colour preference.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If your Fidgy Widgy arrives damaged during shipping, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no cost.

Proof is required: please email us a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

Items damaged after use (for example, broken during play, dropped, handled roughly, or broken by children) are not eligible for replacement or return.
Refunds & Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Refunds and credits are processed within 5–10 business days once your return is received and inspected.
Important Note
Fidgy Widgy toys are designed as collectibles and fidget items, not heavy-duty children’s toys. Please handle with care — we cannot accept returns for items broken due to play, misuse, or rough handling.
