Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take?
All our products are made to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for printing and prep before your order is dispatched. Delivery within South Africa typically takes a further 2–4 business days depending on your area.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship to all areas across South Africa via courier.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer two delivery options:
- Door-to-door delivery — R116
- PUDO locker collection — R70 (drop your parcel at your nearest PUDO locker, great if you're not always home)
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Products
What are your products made from?
Our 3D printed toys and keychains are made from PLA filament — a plant-based, non-toxic plastic that's safe for kids. Each item is printed right here in South Africa.
Are your products safe for children?
Yes. PLA is a non-toxic material. However, some items have small parts and are recommended for ages 6+ or 8+ as indicated on each product listing. Always check the age recommendation before purchasing.
Can I request a custom colour?
We love a custom order! Reach out to us before placing your order and we'll let you know what colours we have available.
Do the articulated toys actually move?
Yes! Our flexi and articulated prints are designed to wiggle and bend. They're printed in one piece — no assembly required.
Returns & Issues
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please take a photo and email us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll sort it out for you — no stress.
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However if there's a quality issue we will always make it right.

We're based in Pretoria, South Africa. Everything is printed and packed right here locally.
Are your products handmade?
Yes — every item is printed and finished by hand in our little workshop. No mass manufacturing here!
